Ingredients
1 Package of dessert shells
3 Bananas
½ pint Strawberries
½ pint Blueberries
3 6 oz containers of fat free cherry vanilla yogurt (or other flavor)
½ cup Strawberry glaze
Reduced fat whipping cream
Directions:
Arrange dessert shells on a plate and fill with yogurt. Add a few dollops on
the plate, around the shell. Slice bananas and strawberries, placing a few on
top of each dessert shell and arranging the rest on the plate around the shell.
Use the tops of the strawberries for garnish.
Sprinkle blueberries in the same manner.
Put a dollop of the strawberry glaze
Calories per serving= 185
on each strawberry. Place a drop of whipped cream on top of the shells.
